Definitely worth the price - great suction power and works as a quick and painless cleanup on tile and hardwood. Good battery charge...did my whole downstairs hard floors and had plenty of power to keep going (2500+ sq ft). Much easier than dragging out a large vacuum for quick cleanups. Very pleased. Buy it!

We've owned one of these vacuums for almost a year now. We have all wood floors and two dogs and this is a wonderful way for a quick clean up of hair and dust. The switch has two settings. One is for the vacuum only and the other setting spins the beater brush.
This vacuum is essentially a modified dust buster style vacuum fitted with a wide mouth and handle. The suction is sufficient for hair and dust, but not anything heavy or large. The charge last just long enough to clean all of the floors in our entire house which is about 1100 square feet. Because of the dog hair, we need to empty the dust bin after each room, about 4 or 5 times while cleaning the entire house.
It is perfect for just this. Don't expect it to do heavy cleaning or you'll be disappointed. But for light and quick cleaning it is an excellent tool.

I have been looking for a cordless, lightweight vacuum for "in between" cleanings on my tile floors in the kitchen, utility room and pretty much 80% of my downstairs.
THIS IS IT. I have used the swiffer vac for 2 years. Having to buy a new one each year. I liked the swiffer but the battery life is so bad both per use AND overall over time.
I read reviews on the Eureka Quick up but could't find one to try first. Well last week I found one charged at Sears. It does just what I need and more. I have a very sheddy Lab and 3 other short hair dogs. The suction is great for pet hair balls,and doesn't push the hair away from the vacuum on tile. It gets the dust and light dirt bought in from outside, the little spiders and other pests, yuck ... gone!
it does surprisingly well on throw rugs also. I am able to vacuum my entire 1600sf area downstairs with several throw rugs.
It is a bit messy to get the dust out, but worth while. I put it in a plastic grocery bag and shake well.
The plastic wheels do make a litle bit of noise on tile, be sure to wipe them down and also remove the hair and strings that wrap around the beater brush.
I don't think you will be disappointed, I am seriously considering getting a spare.

This thing has changed my life, literally...
We have two pets that shed like crazy & a messy marvin in the house. I have limited energy so pulling out the full size vac 2-3 times a day isn't an option for me. This is so light & does such a good job, it doesn't wear me out.
It significantly reduces allergens & dander!!!
Others ripping it may be expecting too much from it... it excels at small spaces, furniture & stairs.

I am going to notify Amazon that this page is rampant with errors. I noticed several discrepancies when comparing the Eureka Cordless quick-up clean vac and the Electrolux Cordless quick-up vac, not the least being the identical product name! I contacted Electrolux & Eureka to clear up the mix-up; the purple cordless quick-up vac model # 96F is definitely a Eureka, not an Electrolux (see a close-up of the picture). BTW, if it's the Eureka model you want, Target has a good price w/free shipping right now!
